Qualifying as a Quick Fillet Dealer / Retailer

In order to receive Tier 2 pricing and qualify as Dealer / Retailer you must have a Federal Tax I.D. Number or a State Sales Tax License Number in the state you do business. A copy of either certificate must be faxed or emailed and be on file before any orders can be shipped. Tax exempt forms filled out completely will be honored.

Minimum Orders: The first minimum order to qualify as a Dealer / Retailer is $300.

Minimum Reorders: After your account has been established as a Dealer / Retailer, the minimum reorder is $100.

Credit: Credit upon approval.

Shipping: F.O.B. Livonia, Michigan 48150

Payment: All orders will be prepaid before shipping until credit is established.

On Line Ordering:  All new dealers must have an account number in order to be considered a Quick Fillet Dealer and purchase on line.  Once account has been established, orders can be processed on line and will qualify for all sales, promotions, discounts and tax exempt status.

Terms of Sale

Sales: U.S orders and new customers orders will ship prepaid or C.O.D. until credit is established.

International Sales: All international orders must be prepaid before shipping. See payment options below.

Accounts in Good Standing: 2%/10 days - Net 30 for all non credit card accounts.

No discounts are permitted when payments are made with a credit card.

Accounts Not in Good Standing or Overdue: Must bring account balance to paid status before additional orders can be shipped. If a continual late payment pattern develops, all account privileges will be removed and the account will be returned to prepayment status.

Payments: For your convenience we accept cash, company checks, money orders, wire transfers, Paypal and the following credit cards: Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Shipping: All orders will be shipped the most economical way possible. We ship via UPS, US Postal Service, Federal Express and common carrier. All freight shipped is F.O.B. Livonia, Michigan 48150.

Returns: All returned items are subjected to a 15% restocking fee. All orders must be cleared and issued a Return Product Number (RPN) before any return credit is issued. There are no returns on any special runs or printed products.
